The Flaming Indulgence Experience
We are Ayrshire’s finest professional mobile wood fired pizza kitchen, offering an indulgent and unique street food dining experience. With our purpose built pizza van, and a bespoke wood fired oven on board, we can cater for weddings, celebrations, festivals and many private parties and corporate events.
Our Mobile Kitchen
We operate from a modern, customised, coach built van which has a fully equipped, built in kitchen, together with its specially commissioned, top of the range, bespoke “Bushman” wood fired clay pizza oven.
Our Wood Fired Pizza
We cook Italian, Roma style, hand thrown pizzas in our wood fired oven, fresh to order in ninety seconds. Enjoy the fun of seeing each of these being prepared and cooked in front of your eyes!
The open flames, together with the wood embers and hot stone floor are what give our pizzas their authentic flavour, together with their delicious thin and crispy bases.

Our unique menu is based on traditional Italian ingredients, with classic toppings as well as unusual and delicious flavours, including bespoke toppings for private parties.
Our pizzas are served with fresh herb leaves and garnishes, and offered with a selection of accompaniments. We specialise in using Scottish ingredients, as well as foraged and seasonal produce.
About Me
Hello! I’m Rhona, the love behind the Flaming Indulgence pizza experience.
I’m Cordon-Bleu trained with a career in catering spanning over 30 years, whose culinary adventures have taken me from Scotland to Australia and through lots of countries in between.
My passion for pizza started while cycling through Italy, where I learned from the locals to cook Pizza the Italian way! It was in Tasmania where I then discovered alfresco cooking in wood fired ovens, sparking my conviction to bring delicious wood fired pizza to the West of Scotland.
Now my team and I are spreading the wood fired pizza love to you! We have regular street kitchens around Ayrshire. We can also travel to your location to create your own exclusive corporate or private pop up dining experience.
